We acquire properties, upgrade and furnish them if required, and rent out long term/short term.Our revenue is generated from the difference between the acquisition costs and the rental income received from tenants/guests.

When first I looked at the price I was very skeptical to do the booking but I anyways booked it, the amenities were so good, it’s at a very great location, surroundings are so pretty and the host was also so responsive. So overall I had a great stay.
