Valentine’z Properties focuses on optimizing rental income by transforming and managing properties on a lease for rent, as Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs), or Serviced Accommodations.

Business model
We acquire properties on a lease, upgrade and furnish them if required, and then sublet them as HMOs or Airbnb rentals.
Our revenue will be generated from the difference between the lease cost and the rental income received from tenants.
